NOYA Brands & Productions

Everything around the camera. Especially in Egypt.

Location sourcing, logistics and hospitality for brands, agencies and production teams — the ground layer every shoot depends on, in Egypt and worldwide.

The partner

A production is rarely judged on the creative alone. It is judged on whether the site opened on time, whether the vehicle was waiting, and who answered when a permission stalled at four in the afternoon.

We hold those details so the creative team can concentrate on the work: locations, permissions, accommodation, movement, hospitality and the local relationships that make each of them possible.

Egypt · locations

One country. Many looks.

Desert, Nile, Mediterranean coast, Red Sea, ancient monument and modern city — most within a few hours of one another, and workable for most of the year.

  • A row of colossal red granite royal heads on display at the Grand Egyptian Museum

    Monument and museum

Giza, the Grand Egyptian Museum and the temples of Upper Egypt.

  • A felucca on the Nile at Luxor at dusk, Nile boats moored beyond

    The Nile

River light, feluccas and the landscapes of Luxor and Aswan.

  • Two palms on a lagoon beach at El Gouna, villas across the water

    The Red Sea

Turquoise lagoons, reefs and contemporary coastal architecture.

  • Parasols and loungers on a white-sand beach

    The Mediterranean coast

White sand, beach clubs and modern villas on the North Coast.

Project types

The work we support

Whether it is a two-day content shoot or a fortnight of campaign production across three governorates, the discipline is the same: defined scope, confirmed suppliers, one point of contact.

  • Fashion and luxury campaigns
  • Jewellery and watch productions
  • Editorial and magazine shoots
  • Commercials and TVC
  • Social and content productions
  • Influencer and creator activations
  • Product launches
  • Press and media trips
  • Brand retreats and off-sites
  • Experiential marketing
  • Music videos and artist travel
  • Documentary and factual support

Production process

Four stages. One point of contact.

Documented in writing at each stage, so budget holders and producers always know what is confirmed and what is not.

  1. 01

    Concept

Story, visual direction and location requirements. We advise on what is achievable, where and at what cost, before budgets are committed.

  2. 02

    Pre-production

Recces, locations, permissions, suppliers, accommodation, transport and schedules, each confirmed in writing and costed line by line.

  3. 03

    On location

Talent and crew hospitality, movement, site management, supplier control and same-day problem solving.

  4. 04

    Post-production

Departures, supplier reconciliation, final accounting and a written debrief for the next production.

Brand experience

The Sage Experience × NOYA

A collaboration with the SAGE team: a long-table dinner on the beach with open-fire cooking, NOYA-dressed tables and a guest list hosted from golden hour into the night.

Talent and crew

Looking after the people on the ground

Talent arrive tired, schedules move, and the difference between a cooperative shoot day and a difficult one is usually hospitality. We manage arrivals, comfort, movement and privacy from landing to departure.

  • Airport meet-and-assist and fast-track handling
  • Private transfers and dedicated vehicles with drivers
  • Hotel, villa and residence accommodation
  • Dietary, welfare and rest requirements
  • Discreet handling of talent, artists and executives
  • Security coordination through licensed local providers
  • Interpreters, local fixers and runners
  • Confidentiality and non-disclosure as standard

Clients and partners

Built for brands, agencies and producers

We work as an extension of the client’s team rather than a booking channel — usually reporting to the producer, the head of brand or the agency lead, and remaining the single point of contact for every supplier on the ground.

  • Luxury, fashion and beauty brands
  • Creative and advertising agencies
  • PR and communications agencies
  • Production companies and content studios
  • Talent, artist and athlete management
  • Publishers and editorial teams
  • Hospitality groups and destination marketing
  • International agencies requiring Egypt delivery

Clear scope. Clear costs.

Every project is quoted against a defined scope, with supplier costs, coordination fee and any agreed mark-up set out transparently, so budget holders know exactly what they are approving.

  • — Project fee or day rate agreed in writing before work begins
  • — Deposit to secure suppliers, dates and permissions
  • — Retainers for brands and agencies producing in Egypt regularly
  • — Full supplier reconciliation and final statement on completion

NOYA is the destination, coordination and hospitality partner. Technical production services, filming permissions and specialist crew are delivered and issued through approved licensed partners, under NOYA coordination.
