Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry or membership application you make through it. Please read them before contacting us.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Adam Elshazly, trading as NOYA Concierge (sole trader), based in England and Wales, at 3007 South Tower, Deansgate Square, Manchester M15 4TT, United Kingdom (“NOYA”, “we”, “us”).
2. Our service
NOYA arranges travel, accommodation, events, hospitality, and lifestyle services on behalf of private and corporate clients. Unless we state otherwise in writing, we act as an intermediary between you and the supplier providing the service. We are not the provider of transport, accommodation, event admission, or charter, and the supplier’s own booking conditions will apply to each arrangement we make on your behalf.
3. Membership
Membership of NOYA is by application and granted at our discretion. Membership terms, fees, inclusions, and duration are set out separately and confirmed to you in writing on acceptance. We may decline an application without giving reasons.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry places no obligation on you or on us. All quotations are indicative, subject to availability, and only become binding once confirmed in writing by both parties and any required deposit has been received.
5. Payment
Where a deposit or payment is required, the arrangement is not secured until cleared funds are received. Cancellation and refund terms follow those of the underlying supplier and will be set out to you before you commit.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to hold valid travel documentation, visas, and insurance where required, and to comply with the terms of any supplier we book on your behalf. You are responsible for the conduct of anyone travelling or attending under your booking.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, NOYA is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers, for events outside our reasonable control, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the arrangement was made.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your information, itineraries, and identity as confidential. We ask that you treat commercial terms we share with you as confidential in return.
9. Content and intellectual property
All content, branding, photography, and imagery on this website belongs to NOYA or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your enquiry is the version that applies.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
