NOYA Concierge (“NOYA”, “we”, “us”) provides private concierge and lifestyle management services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we hold it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us through our enquiry and membership application forms: your name, email address, country of residence, phone or WhatsApp number, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to include in your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we hold that correspondence. We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how this site is used.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, to assess membership applications, and to deliver the services you ask us for. Where you have given consent, we may send occasional updates. We process this data on the basis of taking steps to enter into a contract with you at your request, and our legitimate interest in operating a private client business.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers who host this website, our enquiry and client-management systems and our communications, including WhatsApp (Meta). Where a request requires it, we share only the details necessary with the travel, hospitality, and event partners fulfilling that request. We do not sell client information, and we do not disclose who our clients are.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are held for 24 months. Member records are held for the duration of membership and for six years afterwards, where we are required to do so for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

This site uses only the cookies necessary to operate correctly, together with basic analytics. You can manage your preferences through the banner shown on your first visit, through “Cookie settings” in the site footer, or through your browser settings.
Security
We hold your information on secured, access-controlled systems and limit access to the members of our team who need it to serve you.
